Vehicle transfer (Change of ownership) for a company van

Hello! I am buying a second-hand Citroën Berlingo for my cleaning business and need a manager to handle the paperwork with DGT (Traffic). Tasks: Check the vehicle for any outstanding fines or embargoes (Traffic Report). Calculate and process the transfer tax. Complete the change of ownership to my name/NIE.
